Certified Wilderness Survival & Bushcraft
Instructor Program
Becoming an Outdoor Instructor can be a long and challenging task. Most organizations that offer some sort of Instructor Certification course limit graduates to work for their school and offer no validation outside of their closed community, making such credentials worthless. Here at Campcraft Outdoors, we pioneered the path for Instructor Certification that most schools in the country have since copied or adopted. As a faith-based school, we incorporate our faith into our training and permit learners to gain experience in earning their initial ministry license while completing this program.
We are the first outdoor school to hold independent accreditation status with the International Association of Outdoor Educators and Instructors. National organizations, such as the U.S. military and DHS, the National Home School Association, and local fire and rescue organizations, have readily accepted our training credentials.
If you want to become a Certified Survival, Bushcraft, and Wilderness Health & Safety Instructor, our program is for you!
Hybrid Training Program
Our program combines online learning and at-home skills development with onsite demonstration and in-classroom learning for 316 clock hours of training, double that of most EMT-B courses. While we certainly appreciate your skills and knowledge from previous learning, we only grade and train on our approved curriculum. Thus, you will learn our program as the foundation for launching your outdoor career.
